Replace a rusted, dented, or carbon-clogged PW80 exhaust with a complete pipe and silencer assembly. The expansion pipe and rear muffler are designed for Yamaha PW80 and PY80 80cc two-stroke bikes, with factory-style mounting points for bolt-on installation.

Finished in matte black, the heavy-gauge carbon steel system includes heat guards on both sections and the hardware needed to connect the pipe and silencer. Use the included fresh header gasket during installation to help prevent exhaust leaks at the cylinder head.

Installation Notes

Use the included header gasket at the cylinder head. Fully tighten the rubber sleeve and clamp between the front pipe and rear silencer to help prevent unburnt oil or fuel from leaking at the joint.
